掌心公约

一　你的作品，永远是你的Your work stays yours

你的原创作品权利仍归你所有；第三方作品与素材的权利归其原权利人。掌心不因上传、展示或排版而取得作品所有权。

你可修改本人资料与作品，也可向管理员申请撤下或退出。核实身份后，我们会处理掌心可控制页面中的内容；已发行纸本、他人留存及搜索缓存无法保证追回。重要原稿请自行备份。

You retain the rights to your original work. Third-party rights remain with their holders. You may request correction or withdrawal; printed copies, third-party copies and search caches cannot necessarily be recalled.

二　你给掌心的许可The licence you give

通过留言或投稿表单交来的作品，先用于审阅与联络，不自动授权公开。你主动在公开作品空间或诗海流风发布的内容，允许掌心在该处按你确认的内容展示及作必要排版，不改动文意。

结集印行、翻译、推广节录、跨平台转载、商业使用或代为投稿参奖，都须核对并取得相应授权。公开可读不等于可以任意使用。

A submission for review does not authorize publication. Posting in a public space permits display there, not unrestricted reuse. Print publication, translation, promotional excerpts, republication and submissions or prize entries require the relevant permission.

三　肖像、声音与影像Portrait, voice and recordings

活动如需摄影、录音或录像，应事先说明用途并确认适当许可。出席活动本身不等于同意所有公开或推广使用。

你可以说明自己的选择：

• 活动前后告诉主持人或摄影师，镜头会避开你；
• 已经上网的照片、录音、视频，来信即可移除，不必说明理由；
• 涉及未成年人的影像，须其监护人事先同意。

Recording and intended uses should be explained in advance. Attendance alone is not permission for every public or promotional use. Tell the organizers if you prefer not to be photographed or recorded.

四　说明的更新Changes to this notice

修改会注明日期并保留记录。涉及新增用途或扩大授权时，应向有关作者、参与者另行确认；不以「未提出异议」代替其同意。欢迎随时提出建议。

Changes are dated and recorded. New uses or wider permissions require confirmation from the people concerned; silence is not treated as consent.

五　原创与转载Original work and quotation

• 原创为重。请勿以他人作品充作自己的。
• 转载、翻译、图像与配乐须确认相应权利，并注明作者、译者与出处；署名不能代替许可。
• 注明作品是否已发表；使用辅助工具时，按目标刊物或奖项要求如实披露。
• 计划向要求「未发表」的刊物或奖项投稿时，请先核对规则，暂勿公开保留稿件。隐藏或删除网页不保证恢复首发资格。

Check rights and credit authors, translators and sources. Follow the intended outlet’s rules on prior publication and disclosure of assistance. Public posting may affect eligibility; later removal does not guarantee that it is restored.

六　就诗论诗Keep to the poem

掌心欢迎一切观点、语言与诗体的争论，唯独两件事请留在门外：对人不对事的攻击，与违反所在地法律的内容。

个人作品发在自己的空间，讨论与商榷发在诗海流风。对新来的人温和些——我们都曾是新来的人。

All views, languages and poetic forms are welcome; personal attacks and unlawful content are not. Be gentle with newcomers — every one of us was one.

七　成员空间与作品区Your space

无论身在何处，都可申请加入，朋友引荐并非必需。管理员确认资料后开通名片与作品空间，你可以按自己的节奏整理内容。

未上传的空间保留在待补充区，不因空置自动收回。已经上传的作品、链接与照片不得因改版或排序而丢失、被降为待补充。撤下由作者提出或在明确的权利处理程序中进行，不以改版代替授权。

Applications are welcome from anywhere; an introduction is not required. Reserved spaces are not reclaimed for inactivity. Existing works and links must survive redesigns and sorting changes. Authors control withdrawal.

八　账号与隐私Your account and privacy

• 登录邮箱用于身份验证及必要联络，不作为公开名片字段，不出售、不擅自用于群发。
• 掌心成员区使用邮箱登录链接与验证码；同一浏览器会保留会话，但清除数据、隐私浏览或会话失效后可能需再次登录。诗海流风与名片、作品共用同一个登录。
• 名片和作品不显示访问次数，也不新增浏览计数；排列以真实更新时间为依据。
• 你随时可以要求删除自己的账号与全部内容。

Login email addresses are not public profile fields or mailing lists. Sessions can expire or be cleared; the forum has its own sign-in. Necessary service providers are described in our privacy notice.

九　掌心的责任边界What we can and cannot do

掌心是一个公益的文化平台，由成员义务维护。我们尽力保管好每一份作品，但无法承诺网站永不故障、数据永不丢失——重要的原稿请你自己也留一份。

成员发表的内容由发表者本人负责。若有人认为掌心上的内容侵犯了自己的权利，请与管理员联系，我们会尽快核实并处理。

The Palm is a volunteer-run, public-spirited platform. We look after your work carefully, but please keep your own copy of anything precious. Each member is responsible for what they post; if you believe something here infringes your rights, write to the members who look after the site.
